Martha Reece is an elderly resident of Millennium City. Devoted to her pets, when she's trapped during the Millennium City Tutorial her primary concern is the safe recovery of her cat Reggie. After the tutorial she can be found in the City Center district of the city, once again searching for her lost feline. However, this Martha Reece is actually an impostor, pat of a trap set by the villain organization PSI.
