Fire Breath is a Close Area Attack for the Fire powerset. It has a 0.67 activation time and can be maintained for up to 5 seconds and hit up to 5 foes from up to 50 feet away in a 45 degree cone.
Description[]
Fire Breath allows your character to exhale a cone of flame at your enemies, turning the area in front of you into a blazing inferno.
Effects[]
- Creates a cone area of effect, dealing Fire damage to any targets in the cone.
- Chance to apply Clinging Flames, dealing damage over time to the target and possibly leaping to other nearby foes. Other powers may also take advantage of the Clinging Flames.
- Clinging Flames is a Burning Effect.

+Instead of applying Clinging Flames this power now has a chance to apply Plasma Burn.
Spitfire[]
+Increases the chance to apply Clinging Flames from 10% to 20%. +Guarantees the application of Clinging Flames to all targets hit by your Fire Breath when it is fully maintained. +If you have the Chemical Fire advantage, this affects the chance to apply Plasma Burn.
Fan The Flames[]
+This power now refreshes the duration of your Engulfing Flames debuff.

+Fully maintaining this power Paralyzes your primary target. +Secondary targets are Stunned
Accelerated Metabolism[]
+Every time you uses this ability you have a chance to return a small amount of energy. +This effect can only occur once every 15 seconds even if you have this advantage on multiple powers.
Break Through[]
+If your Primary Target is Blocking hitting them with this attack disables it for 10 seconds. +If your Primary Target is Blocking applies Provoked for 10 seconds which is a damage, resistance, healing, and dodge debuff. +The Primary Target can remove Provoked by damaging you. +Provoked cannot be stacked by any target and cannot be refreshed. +After 10 seconds the affected target will receive the Unwavering buff that prevents their block from being disabled for 10 seconds. +If you use this attack against a target that isn't blocking they will instead gain the Unwavering buff.
