These Cult of the Red Banner loonies are running wild in Millennium City, and ol' Burt Jackson ain't gonna stand for it! They just kidnapped a friend of mine, a green-eyed girl named Mia Zin. Because of some mystic horse-hooey, the cultists think if they sacrifice her, they're going to score points with some kooky old god they call the Death Dragon.
